In an effort to meet expectant couple's needs, does your facility offer on-line childbirth classes to expectant couples? Has it been an effective teaching tool? Is an instructor available to answer any questions the participants may have?
Do other clinics require their IVF patients, egg donor recipients and/or patients using donor sperm to undergo any psychological counseling? And if so, how often & does the clinic receive any of that info?
